Computer-Based Training
Not enough time in the week to personally train all of your employees? Altus EHS professionals can work with you to develop your own computer-based training. Using pre-packaged software, we can work with you to develop trackable EHS training packages that are:

• Compliant - Regulators require that a content expert be available for questions; you also must meet the intent of the governing regulation
• Facility specific - Generic safety training is not only boring, but it is often non-compliant.  OSHA requires that you train your employees on the hazards present at your facility. Generic CBT courses do not give you that.
• Entertaining - To be effective, you must keep your trainees attention.  There is no better way to do this than by adding your own videos and photographs to the training.
